Three Weeks of Cough, Flu, and Activeness

Assalaamu'alaikum. Hi, journal. So, these last three weeks have been a little tough. It started when I caught a flu and cough just before the celebration of Independence Day. It got worse even I wasn't able to take part in the celebrations at school. I went to the doctor to get some medicine. After three days of taking the medicine, I felt better, but not fully recovered yet. Unluckily, my daughter and wife got transmitted as well. Then we sent our daughter to the doctor.  She got some medicine as well. However, my wife did not wanna see the doctor, then she just took medicine that we bought from a pharmacy. 

A week passed, my daughter got better a little bit, but not my wife. And a few days later, my daughter got sick again. As it seemed to be worse than before. She looked even weaker. Then we sent her to another doctor at Queen Latifa Hospital. She got different medicine. Alhamdulillah she got better after a few days. But not my wife. Her cough got worsened. And unluckily, I got transmitted to cough again. So I went to see the doctor again, the second time in two weeks. I even canceled my evening English lessons with Naya and Raka.

Time went on, and I was still with my cough, but my wife's cough got better. Alhamdulillah. However, even when my second set of medicine was all taken, I still had some cough, but not as bad as before I got some. And meanwhile, I still do and catch up with my work at school. I still taught and prepared materials for lessons. Alhamdulillah I could juggle these responsibilities, including the ones of my house work. Even until today, I still had a little bit of cough but alhamdulillah I could manage to get my responsibilities fulfilled. Thanks Allah for all Your endless Blessings. I hope I get better and fully recovered soon. Aamiin Allahumma aamiin. Wassalaamu'alaikum.
