Monday Second Week Gets More Exciting

To-Do List:

1. Printing off students' labels and display.
2. Printing off English worksheet.
3. Asking students about their official email address and the google classroom.
4. Finish checking English first week worksheet to be distributed next Friday.
5. Signing students' learning contract.
6. Reminding students of wearing Javanese traditional clothes on Thursday.

Assalaamu'alaikum. This morning I felt so excited. Although I was late for 4 minutes, I still feel happy. I feel that I was active and able to give meaning to my life with the activities I did.

I started with converting display pictures from pdf. Then printed it off. After that, we had testimony and morning meeting. Meanwhile, I was printing and copying English grades 4 and 3 worksheets. After that, I continued compiling pictures. While staying in class during Math, I checked students' work of English from last week and their learning contract. I want to get them ready to distribute by this Friday. After breaktime, we had Library Visit where students only borrowed a book. Coming up next, since Ayla got a fever, reaching 40 celcius degree, I texted her mother to pick her up. After that I copied more English worksheets. Once I've finished, it was lunch time already. Once in a while, I checked google classroom to see if all students already joined. Until journal time, four students didn't join yet: Rika, Aufaa, Atha, and Hasan. After the class was dismissed (the last lesson was Bahasa Indonesia), I went to TR to copy English for grade 2. Then I got measured for my Friday uniform by a dress maker. Last but not least, I helped Ms. Vita checked the timetable for term 1 and fixed the overlapping lessons. Then we agreed to have GP meeting on Friday after Kumuah Mubarokah since there is a few changes in the framework.

Getting done with the work, I went downstairs to see my wife. She was waiting by the security office. Unluckily, once we got to the parking lot and sat on our motorbike, we realized that we got a flat tire. So my wife went home by gojek and I rode to find a repair shop. Alhamdulillah, there was one which was still open although it was already 05.15. All in all, I would say "there will be sun shining after the rain". Thanks Allah for enabling me to give meaning to my life. Alhamdulillah. Wassalaamu'alaikum.
