Failures in the Ramadan

Assalaamu'alaikum. I've been thinking about a few days ago. After Ramadan has started, I found some things that did not work. I could not manage to do it due to some circumstances, including shorter school hours, same work load, and therefore no time to discuss it with students in class. The failures that I made during the first days of school in Ramadan are as follow:

• Getting students write journal. 
• Reminding students of Ramadan Journal checking the progress out.
• Finishing Fairel's case.
• Dealing with my feeling about the fact that I become perkap again in the Ramadhan event.
• Getting students clean up the classroom independently.
• Finishing the documents for the End-of-Year Exam.

BTW, alhamdulillah today I could get Fairel and friends (Raja, Nadia, Ranum, Syifa, and Byta) have  group counseling session with Ms. Deasy. We did it after Fairel's mother called Ms. Deasy yesterday and asked for the progress of the school's action towards the case. Another thing to do is planning a zoom meeting with Ranum's mother to talk about Ranum's misconduct. I just need to wait for Mr. Risal's availability to do it.
