Dealing with Students' Misconduct
Assalaamu, alaikum. So, lately, the issue of misconduct is being very sound in my class. Some students, who have the courage, did actions that violated the school or classroom rules. These students are mostly boys, but there is a few girls as well. However, there is one who really "stands out". His name is Fairel.
Fairel has ben very famous for his disobedience. He quite often breaks school rules, such as not attending Librady Visit baut instead waiting for a home time pick up at the security office, going to canteen to buy some water without any permission, going to the ATM gallery without any permission, not putting shoes in the shelf, leaving his desk messed up, making something that is not instructed, walking around the classroom while he should start working, putting his chair on his desk before going home, etc. In general, he wants to do things as he likes.
Such a mental state does not fit the culture of Al Azhar. It is a private Islamic school with rules and regulations. All the rules were set to ensure that all the learning activities at school run well.
