Wednesday: Getting Used to Get along with Tension
Assalaamu'alaikum. Alhamdulillah the day has changed but the tension remains. However, aside from that tension, there arouse another tension when Miss Diana was absent and did not notify the other teachers as early as possible. Even worse, there was a Tilawati class where another teacher should handle her class. And Ms. Vita got informed that Miss Diana already informed Miss Farah. Therefore, Ms. Vita asked for Miss Farah's help to handle her class but at first she felt shocked. But after a few seconds, she changed her mind and seemed to be covering Miss Diana. And Ms. Vita got suspicious. And it created another tension. Accompanied by this issue, alhamdulillah I have completed the following things:
- Informing students about Book Days 2023, including the groups
- Making a classwork of Book Days 2023
- Replacing Ms. Tara to teach 5 Umar English: prepositions and oral practice on making inferences
- Teaching 5 Ali Reading with the worksheet that I printed last week (A boy on a tree and got scared of climbing down the tree)
- Teaching Tilawati levels 2 and 3
- Teaching 5 Umar Social Studies where students had a debate on two NEED issues
- Downloading Week 6 Weekly Plan template
- Filling in students' absences of November, December 2022, and January 2023
- Teaching English Matrix
- Seeing Mr. Risal to discuss student admission
