The Hustle and Bustle of Term 3 Initial Days

Assalaamu'alaikum. Alhamdulillah wasyukurillaah. Happy new year and welcome to term 3. I don't know why, I the coming of this term made me excited but worried at the same time. I got excited because I'm gonna start a new adventure with opportunities to make improvements for what I didn't do well in term 2. However I got worried as I needed to complete quite a lot of documents to get my teaching ready: termly plans, the kick-off ceremony plan, the materials, etc. Therefore, I really needed to work hard to get everything done. 

Long story short, by the help of Ms. Vita and the while school members, I could go through this first weeks. It was still far from being completely accomplished as: the GP meeting was canceled due to teachers' businesses, and English worksheets for grades 5 and 6 are not yet all ready. I was not confident enough to find one, because Ms. Tara sometimes wants to make changes in the activities. Therefore I'd rather wait for her request for worksheets. And for other classes, we just use English termly plans that Ms. Vita had designed a year ago. We actually reviewed in the last days of semester break (even on holidays we still worked) and have come to a conclusion that they are still appropriate for current use. 

All in all, I would conclude that in general term 3 is ready but not personally for me. I need to sacrifice some of my free time to finish everything before they are used. Wassalaamu'alaikum.
