5. Had a meeting with Mr. Risal about student admission. Here is the results:

• There are three batches of student admission this year. The first one is Sustainable Al Axhar Learning (SAL) which targets students of TK AA 31 and 38. It lasts from 5 September to 6 October 2022. The privilege is getting a discount on the IPS for Rp.7.000.000,00, free of admission fee. The consequence is that parents should pay a minimum of Rp.3.000.000,00 down payment 7 days after the online registration at the latest. 
• The second batch is regular batch 1, with a discount up to 10% of the IPS. The third one is regular batch 2, with a discount up to 5% of the IPS. And, if there is still some quota left, there would be regular batch 3 with no discount. The regular batches period is designed by each school.
• There is also a special way called "jalur prestasi". Parents need to handle it themselves, by asking Yayasan's Finance Department (keuangan) for a "prestasi memo", then register their child via the pintro system.
• To support the SAL batch, I need to write two letters, the first one is for TK 31 and 38 parents about the SAL and the benefits, and the second one is a cover letter to both schools' principals. Soon!!!
• Then I need to check the availability of the printed brochures. When I did it, I found out that we still have a bunch but with out of date information. I think we need to make a new one, with long-lasting information and then print it out in a limited number.
• There is quite a significant change in the admission's committee.
