To-Do List:

1. Check all the reports for today's SLC
2. Upload them onto pintro
3. Check Term 4 Civic, Javanese, GP and Social Studies termly plans and list all materials needed for the learning
4. Ask Ms. Rusna the role play for the Book Days 2022
5. Make a new Gmail for term 4 including the google classroom
6. If there is time, print Cambridge Rubrics

Note(s):

• Alhamdulillah the three-day SLC went well. Reality it was so compact, as 1 student got only a 45-minute session only and they've got a lot to present. Some unprepared students even took more than an hour. Lucky that the prepared ones could do it within 43 minutes, then the parent-teacher conference could run quite quickly. Aside from the SLC, the preparation was quite struggling. On Sunday, the last day before the the first day, I haven't finished with writing reports. Even worse was that I needed to take turns take care of our baby with my wife. Therefore I finished the Thematic Report at 2 a.m. And at that time I haven't compiled it with the Cambridge Rubrics. Then I compiled them on Monday morning, before the first session. And because the time was so short, I could only compiled reports for the students who had SLC on Monday. The rest was compiled on Tuesday. I needed to keep checking after compiling every report to see if I compiled reports of the same name/student. After getting compiled all, I could uploaded all on the the third day (Wednesday) onto pintro. 
• I asked Ms. Rusna about the roleplay of 4 Ali teachers to perform on Book Day on the second day (Friday), but we didn't have time yet. We would discuss it on Thursday.
• I tried to make a new email address with my phone number, but I failed, even after attempted to do it several times. Then I asked my wife to use her number to do it. I'll do it on Thursday (hopefully).
• Unfortunately, because Kania asked for a rescheduling for her SLC (since in the morning she needed to get the second dose of covid-19 vaccine, and the only available time was at 1), we finished it at 2.14 p.m. Therefore I didn't have time to print the report. 
• I was not able to attend the komisi pembelajaran of akreditasi team as I needed to handle Kania's SLC and discussed students' performance with Ms. Ana. Then when finished discussing, it was already the time to go home. Actually, I thought the meeting was still ongoing, but I need to go home on time with my wife.

Reflection(s):

• I need to take the report paper as soon as possible. Thursday is the best time. 
• I need to ask for Ms. Rusna's confirmation about the role-play on Thursday.
• I need to grade students' work as soon as they have completed it. Therefore report writing would take shorter time.
• I need to learn to be more multi-tasking (Can I?).
• I need to ask Ms. Vita/Ms. Aini about the last decision about the lesson plan thing for the akreditasi.
