English First Spelling Bee Competition 2022 Outline

Background

1. EF is still the most reputable Spelling Bee Competition in Yogyakarta and Indonesia, regarding the reputation of EF

2. Giving students with great spelling skill another challenge

Circumstance

1. This year, we first knew it from Miss Fitri's student's parent, Naura, who asked her to coach her practice her spelling. Last year Naura joined the Competition and she won the second place.

2. The time we knew the competition is very close to the D-day. Therefore, the selection is not based on the selected students' results of selection test, but instead based students' profile of eligibility as recommended by HTs for each level.

Stages

1. Getting the information from Miss Fitri's student's parent

2. Informing Mr. Aldian (Student Affairs Coordinator) and Ms. Iyut and asking for their agreement and permission to take  part

3. Selecting students' profile of eligibility as recommended by HTs

4. Asking the selected students' parents for their permission for students to take part in the Competition

5. Registering the selected students

6. Paying the registration fee

7. Conducting initial meeting

8. Designing the materials for the PAB

9. Carrying out the one week PAB

10. The D-day of the Competition
