Reflection from last week:

It was really bad that I forgot to make a worksheet for English Matrix class last Monday. I promised the students to give them the sheet on Tuesday (in the same week) but I totally forgot. Moreover, the rest of the week made everyone busy with preparing for the face-to-face learning. Not only the physical, but also mental preparation. For tomorrow, I should make a worksheet after the school.

To-Do List:

1. Put on the properties: crown, sword, and shield to welcome students on the third floor.
2. Turn on everything and check everything out to see if they work properly.
3. Ask students to open and put on the face shield from school and bring it home after school.
4. Lead testimony and morning meeting.
5. Teach Social Studies in 4 Ali B first, then 4 Ali A after the break.
6. Ask for Ms. Imas' help to hand in the daily reflection for them to fill it out.

Completed Work List:

1. Put on the properties for teaching-crown, sword, and shield.
2. Checked everything. However, the speaker in 4 Umar didn't work, the I decided to put all the online students in the 4 Ali.
3. Led testimony and morning meeting.
4. Taught social Studies: in the first session it didn't seem to work out well because some students were only busy looking at others (Queena, Nadia, Radya) and I didn't really guide them. Then, in the second session, I decided to guide them a lot more, and alhamdulillah, within the time allotted, they could finish (unless Qeis. He just went to school for playing around).
5. Finally I handed the Daily Reflection my self and asked students to put in on their own desk when they were finished. After class, when I checked, there were only 3 who put it on the desk.

Reflection(s):

• Some students didn't put the best effort and on this first day, they seemed to be only looking at others, without thinking about anything. In other words, the were not focused on the lesson. I needed to keep reminding them what to do, which in the end, they made a very slow progress. Until the time was up, they didn't finish the work. They were Queena, Nadia, Radya, Nail, Qeis. What really surprised me was that Allea was very enthusiastic with the activity. She followed instructions really well. 
• Ms. Vita highlighted the home time of grade 4 which went earlier than that of grade 1. I guess she meant that we finished too early. And according to my analysis, it has to do with the timetable that we grade 4 teachers set. Ms. Rusna and I really need to take a closer look at the timetable again.
• Checking the device a day prior to the D day didn't eliminate the possibility of error. So, this morning, 4 Umar's speaker didn't work, though I checked it already yesterday. Therefore I decided to put all the online students in 4 Ali, whose speaker works.
• Mr. Adi sent me a timetable showing that he was supposed to teach 4 Ali at 09.00-09.30, but in my timetable, there is no PE class. We need to synchronized the timetables.
