To-Do List:
- Carry out literacy (check out WA grade 4 teachers group/4 Umar's weekly plan).
- Led testimony and morning meeting
- Host 4 Umar when they have Tamyiz.
- Host Science.
- Remind students the individual project on Tuesday.
- Teach 4 Ali Civic Education: Write in a daily planner.
- Draft the layout of my action research.
Completed Work List:
- Carried out Individual Literacy 10 and made a classwork for it on google classroom.
- Led testimony and morning meeting.
- Hosted 4 Umar while having Science.
- Carried out a spelling challenge with 5 words: photosynthesis, research, submission, plausible, lounge.
- Discussed the preparation for new grade 1 student candidates observation this week with Ms. Bela and Ms. Indira. It's decided that those who will observe on Thursday are Ms. Rusna with 4 Umar zoom link and Ms. Indira with 1 Umar zoom link.
- Shared file for observation to the Tuesday observers: Ms. Imas and Ms. Riri. Ms. Ana got it from Ms. Lia directly.
- Taught Civic Education where students practiced writing a daily planner of tomorrow.
- Taught English Matrix class where we played a game of "surviving on a leaking boat". Students drew an object that they thought could save their lives. After playing the game, I read them a story on getepic.com.
Reflection(s):
- For the spelling challenge, make sure to check the way all of the words are pronounced so as not to confuse students.
- In the Matrix class, I should've prepared the game very well. I needed to read the instructions carefully and made a smoother adjustments. Then, reading the short story is not a good idea as they looked so bored.
- Three students were absent due to illnesses: Nail, Alvaro and Allea.
- Because of a blackout in the second and third sessions, some students weren't able to join: Kania, Kamil.
