To-Do List:
  1. Confirm Ms. Vita and Ms. Iyut if there is agenda on Tuesday that involve most teachers.
  2. Assign teachers to observe student candidates: lower grades teachers observe grade 1 and lower grades student candidates, higher grades observe higher student candidates.
  3. Discuss materials to teach grade 6 (English CCPT).
  4. Find materials and strategies to teach Civic Education.
  5. Check the result of English CCPT simulation test.
  6. Finish printing Progress Reports.

Completed Work List:
  1. Discussed the materials to teach grade 6 for preparing for CCPT: checking the simulation's listening and grammar parts and doing spelling challenge about Science terms.
  2. Taught grade 6 to prepare for CCPT.
  3. Gave Miss Lia access to edit the new student candidates' of grades 2-5, on google classroom (shared collaborators) and quizizz. I let her access the quizizz via my Gmail account.
  4. Assigned 7 teachers to observe 7 new student candidates on Wednesday, September 29, 2021: Mr. Aldian, Mr. Rizka, Ms. Riri, Miss Fitri, Miss Lia, Ms. Indira, Ms. Rusna.
  5. Made a list of observers for the student observation on Wednesday, Sept 29, 2021 on spreadsheet and is saved on my google drive.
  6. Discussed the parts I and Ms. Vita need to check of the CCPT English simulation. Brought home for correction.
  7. Confirmed Ms. Vita and Ms. Iyut (through Ms. Bela) the possibility to carry out observation on Wednesday, and approved.
  8. Printed the rest of the Progress Reports.
  9. Created Daily Reflections Journal.
  10. Downloaded some texts for literacy and weekly journal template from twinkl.com. In the mean time, they are still in download folder.
  11. Started making a google form for Civic Education about the meaning of Pancasila symbols. It's saved in Materials, Materials Term 2.
  12. Helped Ms. Novita proofread statements in the admission brochure: Tuition Fees of Al Azhar 55 Islamic Primary School Yogyakarta, Al Azhar Yogyakarta Kindergartens Students, Students from Other Kindergartens.
