Completed Work List:

1. Finished 4 Ali Parents Meeting Material
2. Organized Parents Meeting: Presenting the PPT, sharing it along with parents handbook and week 1 weekly plan. There were 2 questions from Azra's mother, i.e. about Javanese book and 4 Ali zoom meeting ID and passcode. Other participants didn't ask any question. One thing to note is that I forgot to inform them the drive thru time.
3. Texted parents who did not join the meeting and shared with them the materials.
4. Created google classroom with 4aliabithalib2122.gmail.com. Posted the materials with starter pack topic and important links with link topic. Invited Ms. Ana to join google classroom and was approved already.

Highlight:

• Once I felt confused about how to inform the parents who didn't attend, then I decided to text them one by one. I asked Ms. Indira for the number of parents whose kids attended 3 Umar in the previous academic year. After texting them all, finally 4 Ali group was created. Thanks to Kania's mother who did this. Making me easier to inform something urgent.
